The approach lends itself well to existing apartment complexes, where replacing gas-fired systems is often challenging. Thanks to decentralized, electrical solutions - including systems without an outdoor unit - facades remain intact and the impact on the living environment is limited. This makes it technically and aesthetically attractive for owners' associations and housing corporations.
A recent addition is the SMART SYSTEM for the LAVA infrared panels, with SMARTCUBE and SMARTBOX. This allows for smart control of panels per room and insight into energy use. "It's a great example of how electric heating is not only sustainable, but also comfortable and user-friendly," Appelman said.
