Xtend Online | Intergas Heating
Xtend Online is a digital solution for service and monitoring of hybrid heat pump installations from Intergas. By connecting the heat pump installation via the service dashboard and consumer app, the installer monitors performance, receives proactive advice and resolves faults without driving and before a user experiences a malfunction. The result: fewer phone calls, increased efficiency, better functioning installations and satisfied customers. The hybrid heat pump can receive remote software updates.
Determining maintenance needs, fault diagnosis, parameter adjustment and software update without being physically present at the appliance? That's an advantage for user and installer. Next level remote monitoring, which has been in development for a long time, and has always been difficult to get off the ground. Whereas until now it was mainly for maintenance, what is new is that the hybrid can also be used for grid management (project DACS-HW). Hybrids can be controlled at peak loads and the gas boiler is used to relieve the grid. With Xtend Online, Intergas also offers a possible solution to problems of grid congestion.
