Manuel AI is an innovative digital peer for installers servicing complex heat pumps and HVAC. The technology combines artificial intelligence with domain knowledge to centralize technical documentation and generate brand-specific solutions within 30 seconds. Thus, technicians are directly supported in the field, first-time-fix increases and failure costs decrease significantly. Manuel AI future-proofs expert knowledge and helps accelerate the energy transition by preventing knowledge loss.
Manuel AI will reduce a lot of phone calls between colleagues and with manufacturers. The app puts practical knowledge about solutions to complex fault situations in the hands of all professionals. And not just manuals, but real system knowledge (how boiler, pump distributor and dispensing work together, for example). This secures knowledge and increases efficiency in the field. Increasing the first time fix saves travel time and indirectly reduces CO2. A plus: a closed AI system with validated is reliable, unlike open AI systems without good sources.
