Visiting the fair with students

How nice that you want to visit VSK+E 2026 with your students. You are most welcome!

On this page you will find a handy step-by-step plan that will help make registration and attendance as smooth as possible.

 

With students to VSK+E
  • Register yourself to visit the fair and under Function choose Teacher/Teacher. Then at the bottom comes the question if you come with a group of students
  • Select Yes and indicate the size of the group
  • Review the terms and conditions and tick to accept them
  • Go through the next steps and you are registered.

With students to VSK+E
  • Students must register separately. This can be done via the link below. Under Function, choose Student / Scholar.
  • A teacher can also register their students. This can also be done using the link below. To the right of the form is a '+'. This allows you to add persons to the registration.
  • All students who have completed registration will automatically receive by email a registration confirmation with barcode that allows them access to the event.

By bus to the Jaarbeurs

Important information for large groups or students arriving by bus to Jaarbeurs. During all days there are two options for buses:

  1. Park with a coach at Jaarbeurs:

To park the buses, please follow the red route: Driving route EB. To do this, navigate to the Truus van Lierlaan.

Upon entry, €86.00 will be paid to the lodge clerk, after which access to the grounds will be granted. The entry and exit location will be next to Hall 12, where the buses will also be parked.

  1. Drop off with a coach at Jaarbeurs:

To drop people or groups off, please follow the blue route: Driveway Expoplein. This location is explicitly meant as entry and exit location. The bus should leave the premises immediately after this.
