At VSK+E we believe that the installation sector can do more than just technology. That's why we actively support charities and social initiatives that tie in with our sector and its people. Among others, we support HDI, Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, Trees for all and the Prinses Máxima Center. Each fair edition features knowledge sessions and activities to raise awareness of various social issues.

The most diverse and inclusive in the Netherlands (in the SME or Large Company category) will receive an award and show how they ensure that everyone in our sector counts.

The installation profession desperately needs new generations of technicians and lateral entrants. However, training is not always geared to people who are dyslexic or have ADHD. Robert Boots, himself recently diagnosed with ADHD, seeks simple solutions to this and brings practice and theory together. In his workshop, he shows what inclusive education is based on a heat pump.
