Especially for our residents, we had an animation video made, which clearly explains how the ClimaRad climate system works and what one can expect from this ventilation solution in combination with heating (and possibly cooling). With the ClimaRad Smart Supply Solution, ClimaRad S-Fans were used in the bedrooms, providing an automatic supply of healthy, filtered outside air. The unit has a built-in CO2 sensor and connects to the exhaust fan in your bathroom. When pollution levels in the bedroom rise, the S-Fan will bring in fresh air and the exhaust fan in the bathroom will start extracting more air. The air quality will then improve back to a healthy level.

Of course, the video is also a good underpinning for all parties involved within the construction team.

What are the benefits for residents?
The house is ready for the future. With the ClimaRad climate system, one saves significantly on energy costs through this smart way of heating and reusing heat; The system follows the needs of the resident, ensuring pleasant living comfort; Always guarantees a healthy living environment.

Watch the video and discover how ClimaRad can improve the living enjoyment of resident(s)!

A lot of new heat pump installations have been realized with little regard for maintenance. For example, mechanics sometimes have to go up on the roof for an inspection. This leads many installers to refuse maintenance on certain installations. Techniek Nederland and Bouwend Nederland have made agreements on the duty of care for maintenance. Realize systems that are also decent to maintain, because otherwise many installations do not get the care they deserve. With Maurice Roovers Techniek Nederland.

Every entrepreneur must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. However, working on electrical installations always involves risks. Something can go wrong and in the worst case, an accident happens. You then have to deal with the labor inspection or even problems with your liability insurance.As an installer, how do you demonstrate that you or your employee works safely and that the installation has been delivered correctly and safely? Don't forget that the installation of an isolating switch for a heat pump is also covered by the law. As does moving a wall socket or expanding a distribution box with a simple circuit breaker. Just saying you've been doing this work for 40 years is unfortunately not enough. Your company must actively work on the NEN 3140 designation policy. Even as a self-employed person you have legal obligations. For assignments in the utilities sector, you can trust that the client has its affairs in order and gives you clear instructions on what you may and may not do, and where your responsibilities lie and those of the client? With private clients, it's different. An average homeowner is unlikely to provide you with proper work instructions. He expects you to take care of this yourself. And the law also makes demands on your actions. But if something does go wrong, how can you prove that you have taken care of everything and complied with all legal obligations? This session is provided by Nico van Leeuwen of ROVC Technical Training.

The goal of this keynote is to demonstrate how humanoid robots and AI are fundamentally transforming plant engineering, healthcare and process technology. We aim to inspire and offer practical insights on how robots can take over repetitive, physically demanding and dangerous tasks, allowing professionals to focus on creative problem solving, craftsmanship and customer interaction. In addition, we show how robotics addresses labor shortages, makes expertise geographically independent and improves accessibility for people with physical limitations. In this theater session, Patrick van Stokhem of Breman Installation Group presents the vision "Taking the Robot out of Man" - a transformative approach to humanoid robotics in installation engineering, healthcare and process technology.

The keynote covers:

-The explosive growth of the humanoid robot market (projected growth to $15.26 billion by 2030)
-Technological breakthroughs in AI, sensors and soft robotics
-Practical applications: cost reduction of up to 30%, elimination of human error, increased safety
-The case study: how repetitive "robotic work" burdens people and underutilizes expertise
-Our vision: robots take over repetitive tasks, humans focus on craftsmanship and creativity
-Real-world examples from plant engineering, healthcare and process technology

This session focuses on digitizing personal certificates. In the installation and energy sector, many companies still work with paper certificates, PDFs or outdated registration systems that are often error-prone and also easy to defraud. With a digital solution, similar to the QR technology we know from the coronapas, mechanics and inspectors can show in one scan on their phone that they are authorized and certified. This provides more reliability, less administration and instant assurance on the shop floor. This session will be hosted by Mustafa Latifiy of Kiwa.

Speaker(s):

The installation market is changing rapidly. This applies to both the type of heat generator and the delivery system we install. But this certainly also applies to the post-control. Anyone who really puts the customer's needs first cannot escape zone control. Moreover, legislation requires us to use zone control more and more, especially in combination with heat pumps. And in order to give the heat pump a break, night reduction is still useful and necessary.

Arnold Bakker, application specialist at Resideo tells in his presentation how consultants, designers, planners, project managers and installers can deal with this. How do you really get everything out of the heating installation and give the consumer what they actually ask for, namely personal comfort in every room. Arnold Bakker provides an insight into the do's and don'ts of smart, wireless zone controls. With the right knowledge about standardization in zone control according to regulations and comfort needs, you will soon know how to save time, increase comfort and heat energy efficiently.

Working safely with electricity: how to comply with the law?

Icoon 13:00-13:30

Safety / Security / Prevention

Speaker(s):

Every entrepreneur must comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Working on electrical installations always involves risks. Something can go wrong and, in the worst case, an accident happens. You then have to deal with the labor inspection or even problems with your liability insurance.

As an installer, how do you demonstrate that you or your employee works safely and that the installation has been delivered correctly and safely? Don't forget that the installation of an isolating switch for a heat pump is also covered by the law. As does moving a wall socket or expanding a distribution box with a simple circuit breaker. Just saying you've been doing this work for 40 years is unfortunately not enough. Your company must actively work on the NEN 3140 designation policy.

Even as a self-employed person, you have legal obligations. For assignments in the utilities sector, you can trust that the client has his affairs in order and gives you clear instructions on what you may and may not do, and where your responsibilities lie and those of the client? With private clients, it's different. An average homeowner is unlikely to provide you with proper work instructions. He expects you to take care of this yourself. And the law also makes demands on your actions. But if something does go wrong, how can you prove that you have arranged everything properly and complied with all legal obligations? This session will be conducted by Nico van Leeuwen of ROVC Technische Opleidingen.

Circular climate systems: the latest developments

Speaker(s):

The transition to efficient building is in full swing. Still, installations are responsible for an average of one third of the total environmental burden in new construction and renovations. Strict legislation and strategic objectives of clients ensure that the environmental burden must be substantially reduced. This calls for more attention to material use and reuse: circularity is essential in order to strengthen and redeploy installations not only effectively, but also sustainably.
What is going on in this area? What trends do we see alongside other themes such as energy, health and heat stress? Which frontrunners are already taking steps? And what practical tools are there to get started tomorrow? During this session of the Dutch Green Building Council (DGBC), companies from the field will share how they are shaping circular products and services. Meet Edwin van Noort, director of programs and projects DGBC. Panelists: - Jeroen van Kampen, Sustainability & Circularity Coordinator at Itho Daalderop - Marc Kooij, Senior Business Development Manager at SPIE Netherlands - Pim Loef, Sustainability Manager Netherlands and Belgium at Schneider Electric.

Since September 29, 2025, mechanics who work with natural refrigerants must also be certified.This certification obligation already existed for working with F-gases. This means that current and future technicians must (re)certify in time to meet the requirements.

Depending on which certificates you currently hold, additional exams will have to be taken to meet the new obligations. NVKL has developed a handy interactive customer journey to see which theory and/or practical exams you need to take to meet the requirements based on your current certificates, or which exemptions you are eligible for.

For taking the theoretical exam, NVKL has developed an online learning platform especially for the sector to facilitate mastering this theory. Get informed during this session on how to get and keep your certification in order.

Speaker(s):

Speaker(s):

Overheating is increasingly causing sleepless nights, health complaints and higher energy demand. The urgency often increases, but solutions remain ad hoc. This presentation shows how an integral approach leads to more comfortable and future-proof buildings without using much energy for cooling. The focus is on the new ISSO report Integral Design for Summer Comfort, with the 'Layers of Cooling' at its core.

This method takes measures in the exterior space, building envelope and installation, with attention to behavior and use. The power of combinations of measures are illustrated by building simulations and perception research conducted by the Hogeschool van Amsterdam.

With propositions via Mentimeter, common misconceptions are tested and discussed. The session offers practical solutions for architects, designers and manufacturers who want to contribute to healthy, powerful buildings - ready for tomorrow's climate. This session will be hosted by Thomas Krcevinac of ISSO.

The chairperson for the day will be Naomi Kok Luis.

Everyone in the chain works with data: from manufacturer to wholesaler, and from installation company to project organization. Yet in practice this often costs extra time and money. Think of different versions, manual corrections, missing information and misunderstandings that only come to light later. Remeha, Rensa Family, 2BA and Ketenstandaard have been working for years on structurally organizing data better - within the Netherlands and across the border. In this session they will share how they approach this, what it yields and where there are obstacles along the way. When does good data really help to order faster, recover less, be more findable and work in a scalable way? And where do things go wrong as soon as volumes grow, systems don't understand each other or agreements are missing? You will hear practical lessons from daily practice, mirrored by recognizable situations from the audience. The common thread: data is no longer a technical detail, but directly affects costs, collaboration and commercial strength - in every type of organization. For anyone who wants to lose less time on repairs and corrections, and get a better grip on purchasing, execution, service and growth.

Ready for F-gases and propane, Jeroen Janssen, ROVC. R290 is the new heat pump standard. The emergence of propane does cause the F-gases system to shake up. Mechanics have to recertify starting this year. You can hear how that works in this interview.
